Hoisin Sauce

A classic Chinese sauce, this rich sauce is used for cooking dishes such as Chinese barbecue ribs and for dipping mu shu pork.

Ingredients

WATER, SUGAR, SOYBEAN PASTE (SOYBEANS, SOY SAUCE [WATER, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, SALT], SUGAR), GARLIC, CORN STARCH, SALT, VINEGAR, SESAME OIL, CARAMEL COLOR, SPICES, XANTHAN GUM, CITRIC ACID.

CONTAINS: SOY, WHEAT.

Produced in a facility that also processes fish, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and shellfish.

Refrigerate after opening.
