Ginger Miso Tahini Tapas

Ingredients

  • 1 package KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Sriracha Sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 3-5 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Top KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers with avocado, carrots and almonds.
  2. Combine tahini, miso paste, ginger, KA–ME® Sriracha, lime juice, water, honey and fresh ginger to create a homemade ginger miso tahini sauce.
  3. Drizzle over KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers and serve.
