Ginger Miso Tahini Tapas

Ingredients
- 1 package KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp KA–ME® Sriracha Sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 3-5 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
- Top KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers with avocado, carrots and almonds.
- Combine tahini, miso paste, ginger, KA–ME® Sriracha, lime juice, water, honey and fresh ginger to create a homemade ginger miso tahini sauce.
- Drizzle over KA–ME® Black Sesame Rice Crackers and serve.
