Grilled Pork Banh Mi

  • 2 lbs pork butt
  • 1/4 cup KA-ME® Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Tamari
  • 1/2 tbsp KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced lemongrass


  1. Sliced pork into thin strips.
  2. Combined all the ingredients above and marinate with slice pork. For best result marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.
  3. You can use skewers to grill or pan fry the pork.
  4. Enjoy with rice, noodles, or as a banh mi.
