Grilled Pork Banh Mi
- 2 lbs pork butt
- 1/4 cup KA-ME® Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp KA–ME® Tamari
- 1/2 tbsp KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced lemongrass
- Sliced pork into thin strips.
- Combined all the ingredients above and marinate with slice pork. For best result marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.
- You can use skewers to grill or pan fry the pork.
- Enjoy with rice, noodles, or as a banh mi.
