Mushroom Lo Mein Noodle Stir Fry

  • 1/2 package KA–ME® Wide Lo Mein Noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 tsp KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
  • 1/2 can KA–ME® Straw Mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 2 tsp KA–ME® Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil


  1. Heat KA–ME® Stir Fry Oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add KA–ME® Straw Mushrooms. Add the garlic, five spice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add cooked KA–ME® Wide Lo Mein Noodles and toss to combine.
  4. Add KA–ME® Hoison Sauce and toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  5. Season with a drizzle of KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil and green onion.
