Oyster Sauce Noodles
- 1 package of your choice of KA–ME® Dry Noodles
- 3 tbsp KA-ME® Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp KA–ME® Tamari
- 5 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 2 small carrots
- 2 spring onions
- black sesame seeds, to taste
- Cook KA–ME® Dry Noodles according to package instructions. Remove from water and set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, mix KA–ME® Oyster Sauce and KA–ME® Tamari Sauce. Let heat for one minute, add mushrooms and carrots and let cook for about four minutes.
- When ready, add KA–ME® Dry Noodles and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Season with sliced spring onions and black sesame seeds.
