Pad Thai with KA–ME Thai Rice Stir-Fry Noodles

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
  • 8 oz medium shrimp , peeled
  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • 2 pouches KA–ME® Thai Rice Stir-Fry Noodles
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 oz KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Fresh coriander , crushed peanuts and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tbsp KA–ME Stir-Fry Oil in wok or skillet on high. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp KA–ME Stir-Fry Oil, pour eggs and scramble for 1 minute. Add KA–ME Thai Rice Stir-Fry Noodle pouches, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, bean sprouts, sugar, KA–ME Fish Sauce, lime juice and KA–ME Sweet Chili Sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Garnish to taste and serve.
