Sweet & Spicy Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend
  • 3/4 lb cubed chickenor firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup KA–ME® Duck Sauce
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Hot Mustard
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 12 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 pkg (14.2 oz) KA–ME® Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend in a wok or skillet over high heat, add chicken or tofu; stir for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium-high and stir-fry until browned (two minutes).
  2. Add KA–ME® Duck Sauce and KA–ME® Hot Mustard, onion, red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add KA–ME® Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles, cover for 30 seconds.
  4. Remove lid, stir and cook 2 more minutes.
