Zoodle Shrimp Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend
  • 4 oz snap peas
  • 4 oz carrots, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb zucchini
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp KA–ME® Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend over medium high heat.
  2. Add snap peas, shredded carrots and garlic.
  3. Cook for 5-7 mins.
  4. In a separate pan, cook shrimp according to package instructions.
  5. Spiralize zucchini to create noodles.
  6. Mix zucchini noodles, shrimp, soy sauce and KA–ME® Sriracha (optional).
  7. Cook for an additional 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally until the zoodles soften a bit (but aren’t watery).
