Zoodle Shrimp Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend
- 4 oz snap peas
- 4 oz carrots, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb zucchini
- 8 oz shrimp
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp KA–ME® Sriracha Sauce
Instructions
- Heat KA–ME® Sesame Oil Blend over medium high heat.
- Add snap peas, shredded carrots and garlic.
- Cook for 5-7 mins.
- In a separate pan, cook shrimp according to package instructions.
- Spiralize zucchini to create noodles.
- Mix zucchini noodles, shrimp, soy sauce and KA–ME® Sriracha (optional).
- Cook for an additional 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally until the zoodles soften a bit (but aren’t watery).
