Soba Noodles Asian Salad
- 1/4 cup KA–ME® Tamari
- 2 tbsp. KA–ME® Rice Vinegar
- 2 oz. ginger, peeled, and finely grated
- 2 tsp. KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp. KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
- 1 package KA–ME® Soba Noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- Whisk together Tamari, Vinegar, sugar, ginger, Sesame Oil and Stir-Fry Oil in a large bowl until combined. Set aside.
- Add Noodles, carrot, pepper, cucumber, green onions and cilantro. Mix to combine and serve.
